On the Town's palm tree waterfront you will find Campbeltown's Museum and Library, which was Built  in 1887 with the local sandstone.

The Campbeltown Heritage Centre is on the Machrihanish road, housed in the Church known locally as the Tartan Kirk, partly due to It's Gaelic associations, but mainly for It's stripy bell-cote and pinnacles.
